Vantorium Biography

Vantorium was formed in January 2025, beginning rehearsals in East London. The idea for the band originally emerged during the pandemic, when Jared began recording tracks in his home studio—songs he had written years earlier. With the help of session vocalist, he completed nine tracks. The name Vantorium was chosen by band after discovering it had been used in the World of Warcraft game for the Warlock Human Destroyer. In Latin, the word also carries the meaning of "boasting."

In 2024, Jared jokingly commented on a Facebook post discussing Satanism in pop and metal music, saying: “If we’re talking about music, I’m looking for musicians to start a metal band.” Within 30 seconds, someone replied that he could play guitar and wanted to join. They later met for a beer at the Cart & Horses pub in London, famously known as the birthplace of Iron Maiden. Although their first guitarist left due to starting his own business, momentum grew. In summer 2024, Jared was contacted by Wozz, vocalist of the band Karnivours, who was also interested in starting a band together. Soon after, they found the remaining members and held their first jam sessions.

Current lineup 2025

Josh – Vocals (UK)
Jared – Lead Guitar (Poland)

The first Vantorium lineup was:

Wozz – Vocals (UK)
Jared – Lead Guitar (Poland)

Interestingly, Blake had also worked as a commercial pilot, much like Iron Maiden’s Bruce Dickinson.
Over time, the lineup changed, with several members departing and being replaced by new musicians.

Evolution
As with many young bands, the lineup evolved over time, with several members departing to pursue new directions. Despite these changes, Vantorium continued to push forward, refining its sound and vision.
Looking Ahead

With its international lineup and roots in both classic and modern metal, Vantorium is shaping its identity as a band that thrives on energy, creativity, and cross-cultural collaboration. The group is currently preparing new material and live performances, bringing their story from rehearsal rooms in East London to the wider metal community.
